تاثیر یک جلسه تمرینات همزمان مقاومتی - استقامتی شدید با توالی مختلف بر پاسخ های هورمونی در دختران ورزشکار

سابقه و هدف: فعالیت ورزشی به عنوان تحریک کننده قوی در سیستم هورمون­ها شناخته شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر یک جلسه تمرینات همزمان مقاومتی استقامتی با توالی مختلف بر میزان کورتیزول، تستوسترون، انسولین و فاکتور رشد شبه انسولینی(IGF-1) در دختران ورزشکار بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، از بین 20 زن بدنساز سالم داوطلب منتخب شهر رشت ( سن: 50/3±60/26 سال)، 10 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. تمرینات مقاومتی با 75 تا 85% یک تکرار بیشینه و بلافاصله تمرین استقامتی به مدت 30 دقیقه با استفاده از  چرخ کارسنج با شدت 75  تا 85 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب هدف در یک جلسه اجرا شد. نمونه گیری خونی در شش مرحله، قبل و بلافاصله بعد از تمرینات مقاومتی و پس از تمرین استقامتی اندازه گیری شد. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس دو سویه با      اندازه­های تکراری در سطح معنی داری کمتر از 05/0 تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: میزان کورتیزول (13/0P=)، تستوسترون (09/0P=)، انسولین (11/0P=) و IGF-1 (13/0P=) تفاوت معنی­داری در شش مرحله تمرین نداشت.
نتیجه­ گیری: به نظر می­رسد توالی تمرینات شدید مقاومتی و استقامتی و بالعکس بر پاسخ هورمون­های کورتیزول، تستوسترون، انسولین و IGF-1 زنان ورزشکار تاثیری ندارد. لذا انجام یک جلسه تمرین با شدت مورد نظر، راهکار موثری بر تغییرات هورمونی دختران ورزشکار نیست.
