تاثیر تمرین هوازی بر نشانگران آنتروپومتریک چاقی در رت‌های تغذیه شده با غذای پر چرب

سابقه و هدف: مشخص شده است چاقی تحت تاثیر تمرینات بدنی قرار می­گیرد، ولی ترکیب تغذیه روزانه می­تواند اثر آن را تعدیل نماید. بر این اساس، هدف مطالعه حاضر اثر تمرین هوازی بر نشانگران ترکیب بدنی در رت­های نر تغذیه شده با غذای پر چرب بود.
روش بررسی: در یک کارآزمایی تجربی، 16 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار به صورت تصادفی در گروه های تمرین - غذای پرچرب و غذای پر چرب بدون تمرین قرار گرفتند. غذای پر چرب شامل 40% چربی، 13% پروتئین و 47% کربوهیدرات بود. آزمودنی­ها به مدت دوازده هفته و هفته­ای پنج جلسه، روی نوار گردان دویدند. برنامه یک جلسه فعالیت هوازی شامل دویدن با سرعت 20 متر بر دقیقه در هفته اول بود که هر هفته به شدت آن افزوده شد تا در هفته دوازدهم به سرعت 25  متر بر دقیقه رسید. دور شکم، دور سینه ، طول بدن  و شاخص لی در آغاز دوره، پایان مرحله چاق کردن، پایان هفته ششم و پایان هفته دوازدهم مورد سنجش قرار گرفت.
یافته­ها: دریافت غذای پرچرب موجب افزایش  معنی دار وزن، نمایه توده بدنی (BMI)، شاخص Lee و نسبت دور سینه به شکم شد (001/0p=). انجام تمرین هوازی، تاثیر معنی­داری بر شاخص­های آنتروپومتریکی  نشانگر چاقی نداشت.
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج نشان داد انجام تمرینات هوازی نمی­تواند موجب کاهش وزن و آثار منفی ناشی از مصرف غذای پر چرب گردد. لذا توصیه می­شود انجام تمرینات هوازی به تنهایی راهکار موثری برای کاهش اثرات افزایش وزن ناشی از، دریافت کالری اضافی نیست.
